This machine is designed for shell separation and moisture removal from sesame seeds after the sesame shelling process.
Zig Zag Hull Separator Features:
-Very precise separation is achieved thanks to multi-stage cross-flow separation.
-The resulting multiple effects of mass flow enable the dispersion and release of product clusters.
-A specially designed fan rotor disk is used to achieve stable operating conditions.
-Constant product quality is ensured through air flow regulation and control (optional).
-Additional cleaning valves in the separation channel make the equipment easy to clean.
-There are no emission sources in air recirculation mode.
-Long-lasting due to its robust structure and absence of rotating parts in the separator.
-Robust design.
Technical Details:
-Complete Stainless Steel Body
-2 Columns, 6-Stage Cross-Flow Zig Zag Hull Separator Channel
-Each column is equipped with a heat-resistant air flow generator and an aspirator.
-Feeder hoppers, rotary valve cyclones, rotary valve collection cyclones, rejection system, main frame, and service platform.
Operating Principle:
First Hull Separation Cyclone The output from the sesame sheller is fed into a pneumatic conveyor, which transports the product to the First Cyclone Feeder Hopper.
-The feeder hopper feeds the product (hulls and dehulled sesame) into a 6-stage cross-flow Zig Zag air channel, which is equipped with a 0.55 kW rotary feeder cyclone and a 4 kW aspirator.
-Hot air pushed upwards meets the gravity flow of the hulls and dehulled sesame, separating the hulls from the sesame.
-The hulls collected by the cyclone through the rotary feeder are rejected and fed into a bag or processed differently based on customer preferences.
-The product fed to the rotary feeder and then falling by gravity is fed into the second cyclone feeder hopper for repeated separation.
