VIBRATORY SIEVE SEED PRE-CLEANER

The modern design of the vibrating sieve separator offers small overall dimensions and low power consumption, while achieving high-quality cleaning at large capacities. It is used to separate and reduce impurities from granular materials. OPERATION The product is fed into the machine through the supplied conveyor equipment and then transported to the front of the sieve basket, where the grain is spread across the entire width of the sieve by the grain distribution device. The forward and backward motion caused by the vibrating motors moves the stock down the sieve surface, while effectively directing the grains into a vertical position to pass through the perforated sieves. The Akyurek C.SAS-013 is designed to make the stock move more slowly from the entrance/head end towards the output/high end. This results in longer stock retention on the sieve, improved stock distribution, and increased sieve capacity. On the first sieve deck, impurities larger than the grain are separated and expelled from the machine. The material passing through the first sieve deck moves to the second sieve deck, where smaller impurities than the grain are separated.
