The Akyurek Semi-Automatic Net Weighing & Bagging Machine is used for weighing prior to bagging and for bagging bulk products ranging from 5 to 50 kg. The Akyurek Semi-Automatic Net Weighing & Bagging Machines are electronically and microprocessor controlled. They feature the ability to generate reports related to stacked bags and weighing. They can be connected to electronic devices such as PLC or computers. Our machine is suitable for all types of seed grains, granulated products, salt, granulated chemicals, waste materials, animal feed, cement, construction chemicals, coal, and stones. The process begins when the operator places the products for stacking. Weighing is done in two stages: gross weighing and net weighing. The goods are delivered to the stack after being weighed in these two stages. This process occurs continuously in a serial action.
