Operating Principle The product, poured into the adjustable hopper with a flap, passes through the vacuum chamber where dust is collected for the first time. The product moves across the sieve with the vibration provided by the eccentric. The sieve can be used as a cleaner or a classifier. Depending on the number of the sieve installed in the machine, small and heavy particles pass through the sieve holes, and the undersized material is collected. At the same time, the product on the sieve is cleaned from light and weak particles using four air suction channels created by the vacuum chamber. Fine products are separated on the first sieve, and light particles are removed by vacuum. Each product is exposed to vacuum cleaning five times, providing the best possible aspiration cleaning. The air suction rate is adjustable. The undersieve cleaning system consists of back-and-forth brushes, preventing blockages in the sieves. Single Deck Fine Screen Cleaner This machine is designed for cleaning dry granular products such as pulses, grains, and especially seeds, by separating organic and inorganic foreign materials. Light and weak particles are separated from the product thanks to the vacuum chamber. Fine and weak small particles are separated from the product via the sieve and passed to the undersieve. Depending on the sieve choice, the product that has gone through pre-cleaning can also undergo a coloring process, with adjustments available for two different sizes.
