Operation: Sesame is fed into the machine through the provided conveyor equipment; the dryer entrance is equipped with a short screw conveyor to feed the drying chamber. Hot air is supplied to the chamber by a fan, and when sesame enters the chamber, it is exposed to hot air. Sesame with high moisture content remains at the lower level of the chamber, and when hot air is applied, moisture evaporates from the seeds, causing the sesame to lighten. With the hot air blast from the burner at the bottom of the chamber, sesame rises to a higher level in the chamber, and the short screw conveyor directs the seed to the exit point for the next processing step.
