Akyurek Technology has proven its efficiency and successful design with the “Pre-Cleaner + Stone Separator Machine.” In the first stage of the cleaning process, it ensures the separation of additives. The removal of foreign substances at the beginning allows for higher efficiency in subsequent processing. During the season start, unloading time is critical. The Akyurek Technology “Groundnut Pre-Cleaning Machine” can perform precise and accurate cleaning while working with high product volumes.
The “Pre-Cleaner + Stone Separator Machine” consists of three stages:
Stage 1 – The “Shelling” and “Sieving” process, designed to separate “large additives” such as long sticks and large stones, and “small additives” like sand and fine dust separated by a sand sieve, using a two-level Sieving Tray.
Stage 2 – The Stone Separator Machine efficiently separates heavier foreign substances like stones, rocks, glass, or other
contaminants from the groundnuts.
Stage 3 – The Sieving Tray, with a single level, separates the loose kernels from the already shelled groundnuts during the transport from the field to the storage area, ensuring safe processing of the loose groundnut kernels.
Work Principle: The product enters the cleaner via a variable-speed roller feeder that allows for flow rate control (optional). The roller feeder evenly spreads the product and transfers it to the body. Large additives are separated by the top screen, and the product passes through the top screen to be directed to the bottom screen. Using perforated sieve screens, dust and sand are cleaned from the bottom screen. Once dust and sand are removed, the product is sent to the stone separator machine. A fluidized air bed is created on the Stone Separator Machine using a bottom fan for stratification. The eccentric system moves the rejected stones and heavy additives in the opposite direction, while the accepted seed batches are removed from the machine in the opposite direction. Light dust particles are moved through the ventilation system and directed to a dust collection unit. The remaining acceptable product continues downward through the body and flows over other perforated sieves to separate any remaining particles or other residues.
