Three-Stage Screening Balanced Eccentric System -Equipped with counterweights to ensure stable operation. -Designed to minimize stress on buildings and steel structures. -Fitted with “heavy-duty” bearings. -Properly adjusted stroke and revolutions ensure maximum utilization of the cleaning effect of the sieves. Ball Box -Ensures the efficient cleaning of sieves through rubber balls. -Rubber balls, made of a very suitable material, can maintain their cleaning effect even at low temperatures. -Prevents seed clogging, etc. (self-cleaning). -The ball boxes are mounted separately, allowing for quick sieve replacement without removing the ball boxes. Body Aspiration Vacuum Channels -Removes light shells. -Through airflow, shells, dust, and other foreign matter are directed into the suction system.
