PEANUT BLANCHER MACHINE

It is a machine used to separate the kernels of roasted peanuts from their shells. The product is discharged from the machine either whole or split in half. WORKING PRINCIPLE: The semi-roasted product is discharged from the elevator into the bunker. Due to the heat, the separated shells are first suctioned from here and then passed into the cyclone. Afterward, the product moves toward the machine. Inside the two product flow channels on the machine, a magnet has been installed to prevent any metals that may come from damaging the machine. The product then moves through the high-speed rotating rollers and is separated from its shell. To ensure better mixing of the product, an air system is placed between the rollers in a line form. The compressed air coming from the top prevents the product from getting stuck and also removes the compacted shells. The peeled product falls onto a sifter. The cracks and dust in the product are removed through the sieve. The peeled peanut shells are sucked into the cyclone by a vacuum. The shells that are sent to the cyclone are discarded outside due to the product’s weight. The clean product coming out of the sifter is transferred to the pool, and then to the hopper. The hopper system is used to ensure that the product is bagged continuously and efficiently without interruption. SYSTEM PARTS: -Adjustable rotating sanding system. -Shell peeling system consists of sanders mounted on rotating rollers. -High-quality mechanical system. -All rollers are fixed to the body with bearing connections. -Rollers’ adjustments and connections are simplified for easy replacement. -Feeding hopper and vacuum system. -Regular product feeding is crucial for the success of the machine. -For this, a 1.5 m³ hopper is placed on the machine. -Easily Openable Transparent Cover. -The transparent cover makes operations easier. -Machine settings and sander replacements can be easily done.
