Operation Method: The first stage of cleaning involves separating all particles above or below the desired sizing dimensions. The cleaning sieve removes all foreign materials sauch as straw, debris, or stones, which are larger than the grain particle. The sand screen cleans all residues, such as sand particles, broken pieces, and foreign particles, that are smaller than sand grains. The next important step is to separate the product based on particle weight and divide the mixture into fractions. Particles of the same size are separated according to their density. Separation is based on the differences in the flow rates of the different fractions of the product: heavy particles come into contact with the suspended shell base and flow towards the fragmentation stage, while clean grains flow towards the product exit on the air cushion. Classification through ventilation allows the separation of low-density particles such as dust, shells, shriveled particles, and foreign particles.
