Laboratory Type Vertical Peeler uses the vertical abrasive, top-down operating principle, proven to deliver the highest whole grain production Grain enters the Huller via an inlet and is guided by gravity to the processing room. There it undergoes careful peeling of the grain surface between the eight abrasive stone rings and the outer sieve, the Rotor is dynamically balanced, ensuring a smooth running. Hulling density is controlled by two easily adjustable tools, such as the counterweight of the catch cover and the clearance between rotor and brakes. Fine-tuning is done by changing the counterweight position of the holding cover, thereby controlling the pressure inside the Hulling chamber. The product’s gravity flow allows for a smooth restart in the event of an emergency shutdown.
Application:
Laboratory Type Vertical Peeler Sm Versatile enough to be adapted to a variety of crops such as Wheat, Barley, Peas, Lentils, Millet, Rice, Chickpeas, Mung Beans, Highest needs in Precision Hulling designed to meet. It is the perfect tool to achieve the best surface treatment at the highest whole grain yield. The machine can be operated and maintained with minimal effort. Cleaning time is virtually eliminated thanks to the optimized sanitation concept.
Aspirator System:
Laboratory Type Vertical Peeling Machine is equipped with a simple aspiration system that performs two tasks very efficiently: It cools the grains and reduces breakage there and supports the transport of the husk from the peeling chamber to the exhaust system. Therefore, the aspiration air is directed partly through the product and partly around the sieves. Easy to open or remove, the suction head provides full access to the heart of the machine. For best cleaning, the body removal system has no moving parts. The ammeter and vacuum gauge allow monitoring of engine current and negative pressure of the applied exhaust system. A mini Cyclone with Aspirator is connected to the equipment.
