INDOOR STORAGE SILOS

Designed and supplied to serve multiple purposes in food processing or industrial plants. Suitable auxiliary equipment is also provided for these purposes. For example, product feeding elevators, capacity sensors, product discharge hoppers (mechanical, pneumatic, or capacity measured discharge hoppers), second product discharge chutes, magnetic vibrators, observation windows, product discharge slowing stairs, coolers, or heaters can be supplied. Silo Wall Panels Produced according to the customer’s request using materials suitable for the purpose. Galvanized steel, stainless steel, or standard steel with electrostatic anti-static powder coating via laser cutting for maximum stability and strength, or suitable wooden construction options are available. The design ensures that the silo is leak-proof during production and assembly. Depending on the characteristics of the stored product and the capacity requirement, panels of appropriate thickness are used. Corner Brackets As shown in the drawings, corner brackets are available in two types. Type A consists of four corner-bent walls that are assembled with nuts, washers, and bolts. Type B has four walls welded together using L or square profiles. Corner brackets are available in standard carbon steel painted in a furnace or galvanized. Non-standard corner brackets are available upon request.
