GRAVITY SEPARATOR

The Akyurek Technology G.MAC-010 Light Seed Separator is a highly efficient machine used for the flawless separation of products and seeds with different weights, which cannot be separated by screening machines (width) or trieur machines (length). Applications: -Seed processing: Grains, legumes, corn, fine seeds, pulses, cotton seeds, oil seeds, grass seeds, rice. -Food processing: Separation of vegetables, lentils, beans, chickpeas, peas, peanuts, almonds, and similar products. -Separation of metals, plastics, rubber, wood, minerals, and other materials. -Classifying tree seeds, legumes, and grass seeds based on their weight. Operating Principle: The Light Seed Separator operates on the principle of a fluidized bed. Air is forced through the top sieve section, allowing lighter particles to float on top of the heavier particles. The upper sieve moves back and forth (eccentrically), carrying the heavy particles upwards while the lighter particles slide downward. By adjusting the table speed, air flow, sieve selection, table angle (both longitudinal and transverse), and take-off points, efficient separation can be achieved for almost all dry products. The return conveyor under the platform of the machine carries medium-sized seeds to the feeder elevator, where seeds of uncertain quality are re-segregated, allowing the operator to control product quality with more precise results.
