About: The Akyurek Glossy Polisher AGP processes rice in two stages: dry and wet, on a single shaft. The length of the dry and wet zones can be interchanged inside the polishing chamber by a nylon plug. These two separate zones provide advanced control over the final rice finish, from a matte finish to a high-silky finish. Water is added through the shaft, ensuring uniform distribution throughout the wet zone of the polishing chamber. The Glossy Polisher is used in the final stages of rice processing to produce rice with a shiny, smooth, and dust-free finish. The rice grains are gently polished by friction in a special humidified atmosphere, which is controlled by an accurate water dosing system. The Glossy Polisher AGP is mainly used in the rice milling industry and can be applied to any variety of rice. Uniform and Excellent White Rice Appearance: The rice output from the polisher has a uniform and excellent white rice appearance with an attractive surface finish, ranging from matte to high-silky, resulting in premium-quality rice without loose bran or dust. Outstanding Efficiency Through High Output Rate and Minimum Breakage: The spring-loaded outlet of the polisher precisely controls the residence time of kernels inside the milling chamber, enabling a high output rate with minimum breakage and high throughput capacity. The proximity sensor at the machine’s inlet ensures that the machine will not start in the absence of product. Easy to Operate, High Service Standards: The compact control unit provides easy access to all control elements, such as the rotors. Ergonomic controls located on the front side, simple settings for adjusting polishing pressure, easy adjustment of the start/stop point of the water dosing system, and easily readable dials ensure user-friendly operation. Aspirator Ensures Top Sanitation: The aspirator cleans the system during the process and keeps the production area and workplace sanitized.
