FOUR DECK PRE FINE SCREEN CLEANER

Machine Function: Our machine consists of a combination of pre-cleaning, precision cleaning, and grading units. It can sieve nearly all types of legumes and cereals. It is available in two models: portable and stationary. The purpose of cleaning (food or seed) or the type of product determines the functionality of the sieve sorting operation. When needed, the product can be divided into three different grades after pre-cleaning. Operating Principle: With the help of the post-elevator, the product is poured into the first sieving tray, where it is separated from larger particles (upper sieve). The product then moves to the second tray, where it is sieved to separate smaller particles (lower sieve). After passing through the pre-cleaning stage, the product moves to the precision cleaning section, where vacuum created by the aspirator chamber removes trash, straw, husks, etc. At the same time, the product undergoes further sieving, and depending on the purpose, it is either graded or additional under-sieve products are separated. In the final sieving tray, the product can be used either for grading or for further upper-sieve or lower-sieve cleaning. Thanks to the eccentric system, the best analysis is achieved from the product. The under-sieve cleaning system, consisting of reciprocating brushes, prevents clogging in the sieves. 1.First Pre-Cleaning: In the first pre-cleaning section of the machine, large and small particles are separated from the desired product. This process is called upper-sieve and lower-sieve cleaning. 2.Precision Cleaning: In the second section of the machine, precision cleaning is performed, and light particles within the product are separated using air suction (up to five times). Additionally, as the product moves across the sieve, broken or small particles are separated (under-sieve) or the first-grade product is obtained. 3.Final Sieving: In the fourth section of the machine, an appropriate sieve is designated to separate larger particles for cleaning purposes, or a lower-sieve is assigned for grading purposes. This results in obtaining second and third-grade products through the upper-sieve and lower-sieve grades. Our machine is ideal for cleaning, sorting, and separating all types of seeds, cereals, or dry legumes.
