Bagging / Sack Weighing Duty: This machine is designed to package agricultural products in 25 and 50-kilogram sacks. It operates entirely mechanically. It is fixed under the silo of the desired size using connection bolts. Bagging / Sack Weighing Working Principle: The product poured into the sack compressed on the scale starts to be weighed inside the sack. When the desired weight is reached, the product presses on the mechanical weights, closing the product entry, and the weighing is completed. The sack is then removed from the scale manually. -Capacity is related to the operator’s processing speed. -The accuracy rate varies depending on the product characteristics. -To improve accuracy, an electronic scale can be placed in the scale area. The accuracy can be adjusted by the operator by adding product to the sack and reading the electronic scale panel to achieve the desired precision.
