The buckets move towards the legs until they are pulled around the first set of gears. The buckets are gently lifted, and the seeds are discharged into the discharge silo. From this silo, the seeds are transported to a designated point via a pipe. The buckets continue in this cycle, ensuring a continuous, smooth flow of seeds with almost zero damage. Features & Options of the Easy Dump Elevator Laser Cutting and Bolt Assembly: The legs of our elevators can be shipped disassembled to reduce shipping costs. Instant Shoe Cleaning: A drawer at the bottom of the shoe facilitates quick cleaning of seeds remaining inside the elevator by opening the shoe. “Single” Series: When height restrictions and flow pipe limits are an issue, the “Duck” Series Easy Dump Elevator can be used. By feeding and discharging on the same side, it is possible to achieve spray configurations that are nearly impossible with standard elevators. “Double” Series: For lifting two different products in limited spaces, the “Double” Series Easy Dump Elevator can be used. It allows you to lift two different types of products without contamination. The “Double” model operates like two elevators, with separate product inlets, bucket strips, and discharge valves.
