The Akyurek Double Scale Sunflower Seed Weigher Machine is used for bagging bulk products with the pre-bagging weighing method. The Akyurek Double Scale Sunflower Seed Weigher Machines are electronic and microprocessor-controlled. They feature stacking bag functionality and report generation related to weighing. They can be connected to electronic devices such as PLCs or computers. Our machine can be used for all bulk seeds, granulated products, salt, granulated chemicals, animal feed, cement, construction chemicals, coal, and stones. Necessary modifications are made to the scale machine based on the product to be weighed and bagged. It is designed and manufactured according to the targeted accuracy, capacity, and the characteristic features of the seed products. The process begins when the transport equipment feeds the product into the bunker. The weighing hopper is filled with the product until the predetermined weight unit is reached, after which the product flow is stopped and transferred into the bag by the Seed Bag Holding apparatus. The filled bag moves down the conveyor belt and progresses towards the Sewing Machine. The Sewing Machine is mounted on an adjustable height column and, thanks to its own electrical panel, automatically starts sewing. Once the bag is closed, it cuts the thread.
