DOUBLE PRE FINE SCREEN CLEANER

Machine Function: This machine is ideal for cleaning small-sized products such as seeds, cumin, and spices, which are difficult to clean. It has the ability to remove even the smallest debris from fine products. The product undergoes two stages of pre-cleaning, ensuring high capacity and cleaning efficiency. It is available in two models: portable and stationary. Operating Principle: With the help of the post-elevator, the product falling into the sieving tray is separated from coarse and powdery particles. The vacuum created by the aspirator chamber removes trash, straw, husks, etc. After passing through the first cleaning stage, the cleaning process from the first stage is repeated. Once the product is fully cleaned, it can be separated into two different grades. The under-sieve cleaning system, consisting of reciprocating brushes, prevents clogging in the sieves. Pre-Cleaning: In the first pre-cleaning section of the machine, large and small particles are separated from the desired product. This process is called upper-sieve and lower-sieve cleaning. Precision Cleaning: In the second section of the machine, precision cleaning is performed; light particles within the product are separated using air suction (up to five times). Additionally, broken or small particles are separated as the product moves across the sieve. Second Pre-Cleaning: In the third section of the machine, large and small particles are separated again from the product. This is referred to as second upper-sieve and lower-sieve cleaning. Second Precision Cleaning: In the fourth section of the machine, the second precision cleaning stage is performed. Light particles within the product are separated again using air suction (up to five times). Additionally, as the product moves across the sieve, broken or small particles are separated, or a grade of product (Grade 2) is obtained from the under-sieve, and another grade (Grade 3) is obtained from the sieve outlet.
