Operating Principle: The peanuts are transported to the chamber by an elevator that feeds the machine. The pre-storage hopper continuously feeds the seeds into the machine’s screen. Air pressure provided by an internal fan is used for the stacking zone on the density separator screen. The machine’s eccentric movement and the air bed initiate the separation of light and heavy particles. Light materials / contaminants are separated through the side channel, while heavy materials / seeds / kernels are separated through the front channel. Air is exhausted from the top of the machine.
