CYLINDRICAL SCREEN GRADER

Cylindrical screening machines are used for the separation and grading of grains, millets, sunflower seeds, rice and similar goods according to their types. They are also granular products generally used as recycling products. The incoming material is separated into its types depending on its width (round hole) and thickness (dotted hole). All seeds thinner than the sieve holes fall down the sieve and all thicker seeds remaining in the sieve cylinder are carried to the final exit. All cores that are thinner than the sieve holes fall down the sieve and all thicker cores that remain in the sieve cylinder are transported to the final exit. Using the continuous circulation of the product and the subsequent centrifugal force, each core is forced into contact with the sieve holes and as a result, the assortment processes are carried out with high accuracy. Single cylinders built with self-supporting steel construction can be added in various configurations using a single modular system and a single drive motor (Energy Saving) is always used with a chain drive connection to the single cylinder. Up to 3 cylinders can be installed on top of each other. In this way, a huge assortment target spectrum can be achieved.
