CONTINUOUS CUP ELEVATOR

Continuous bucket feed elevators are designed to handle fragile and delicate materials in order to minimize product degradation or damage. They are also ideal for transporting heavy or abrasive materials. These elevators are used for transporting light and flowable materials where air exposure needs to be minimized. Material is transferred into the buckets via an intake chute. The buckets are designed for soft discharge; they are placed at short intervals on the belt or chain to allow material to flow from the previous bucket. The long edges close the channel to direct the material to the discharge mouth. In these types of elevators, since the material is loaded directly at low speeds, it prevents the centrifugal movement of the material, making it ideal for delicate use with fragile materials.
