Machine Function: The machine is composed of a combination of pre-cleaning, precision cleaning, and grading units. It can sieve nearly all varieties of dry granular products. It has two models: portable and stationary. After cleaning the product, it has the ability to separate it into four different categories. Operating Principle: With the help of the post-elevator, the product falling into the sieving tray is separated from coarse and powdery particles. The vacuum created by the aspirator chamber removes trash, straw, husks, and other debris. After cleaning, the product is directed to the grading units with the help of the second elevator, the middle elevator. The product can be sorted into a maximum of four different grades. The eccentric system ensures the best product analysis. The under-sieve cleaning system, consisting of reciprocating brushes, prevents clogging in the sieves. Pre-Cleaning: In the first pre-cleaning section of the machine, large and small particles are separated from the desired product. This is known as upper-sieve and lower-sieve cleaning. Precision Cleaning: In the second precision cleaning section of the machine, light particles within the product are separated through air suction (up to five times). Additionally, broken particles are separated as the product moves across the sieve. Grading: In the third grading section of the machine, three sieves are used to produce three grades of product, while the product exiting the machine results in a total of four grades. Maximum analysis is achieved with sieves that have tightly spaced holes. The medium-grade sieve is used for cleaning and sorting seeds, grains, and dry legumes for food or seed purposes.
