Akyurek Technology Brush De-Awner Machines are suitable for processing grass seeds and alfalfas, separating weeds, and removing dust from the seed group. Similarly, they can also be used for cleaning the hairy stems at the seed ends of oats. The brush machines are designed in a modular system and can be used with up to 4 cylinders. The last number indicates the number of cylinders, which can be arranged in series or parallel (as shown in the drawing below). The Excell 150.1 model is produced with a single cylinder, while the Excell 150.2 model consists of two cylinders, and so on. Each cylinder is equipped with four brushes that sweep the three surfaces of a wire mesh basket. Each cylinder’s basket contains a two-part, easily replaceable mesh, which is available in various materials and hole sizes. All models of Excell brushing machines are fully enclosed and dustproof. They are equipped with a dust collection system connection or can be connected to a separate fan and cyclone through a suction nozzle. To achieve the highest performance, all main adjustments are made using control levers that are properly positioned outside the machine.
