The Big Bag Bagging Scale is an automatic bagging machine used for bagging bulk materials such as Hazelnuts, Granules, Plastics, Sugar, Salt, Granulated Chemicals, Feed, Grains, Pulses, Cement, Construction Chemicals, and Small Grained Mining products up to 500kg, 1000kg, 2000kg, or 1 Ton. It starts working when the operator inserts the bag into the filling nozzle. It inflates the bag, fills the set amount into the bag precisely in two stages, and leaves it on the pallet when the filling is finished (optional). The bag is then taken from the platform by a forklift or carried out with an optional conveyor belt. The Big Bag Bagging Scale is microprocessor controlled and fully electronic. Quantity and weight reports regarding the filled bags can be obtained. Information can be transferred to external PLC and computer.
