Akyurek Technology Batch Type Seed Coating Machine is a fully automatic seed treatment machine designed to be integrated into a seed processing line. The operator adjusts all necessary parameters, such as weight, shaft speed, slurry dosage timing, etc., via the screen. After starting the Batch Type Seed Coating Machine, the seeds are weighed by an internal scale using an electronic load cell. The pre-weighed seeds are automatically filled into the mixing chamber. The dosage settings for different slurries are made according to the operator’s adjustments. A PLC controls the seed coating process, which is the heart of the operation. This ensures that the same high-quality, repeatable process is guaranteed for every batch. The entire machine is ready for operation; only the connection to the main power supply and the compressed air source is required. The ASBC 50 also has an outlet for connecting the existing ventilation system, and the ventilation system must be provided locally or an individual aspirator can be used. The slurry dosage adjustment lines should be connected to the chemical tank using flexible hoses. As is well known, the first fundamental point in plant cultivation is the seed. Without good seed, no matter how much the cultivation and care conditions are improved, it is almost impossible to raise the yield and quality to the desired level. Therefore, while improving cultivation techniques, the main focus is on breeding varieties, increasing yields, enhancing quality, and also making efforts for the optimal use of seeds.
