The Akyurek 268 Super Pre-Cleaner is designed for high-capacity pre-cleaning and classification of grains, peas, canola seeds, and fine cleaning of cereals and malting barley. The machine’s large screen area, combined with the perfectly matched stroke and frequency, and high-efficiency pre- and post-suction system, are complemented by Akyurek technology. Full-Width Shaking Feeder -Features a separate control panel for stepless adjustment of the feeding capacity. -Provides uniform product flow across the entire screen width. -Significant improvement in air cleaning due to uniform distribution in the pre-suction area. Feeding Cylinder -Equipped with a shutter that adjusts the feeding capacity via stepless speed control. -Resistant to light waste materials and large impurities (such as stones). -Includes a built-in spring safety device that protects the feeding cylinder from damage. Distributor -Provides a 50% distribution of grain flow via the upper and lower screen boxes. -50% and 33% distributors ensure even distribution of grain flow between the various screen rows in each screen box.
