Akyurek Technology Grader are versatile screen cleaners specially designed for pre-cleaning, utilizing an advanced aspiration system with an area of 5 – 15 m². Pre-cleaning can replace coarse cleaning when receiving raw materials that require the separation of large impurities, as well as sand, fine particles, and weeds. These pre-cleaners have capacities ranging from 5 to 100 tons per hour. All these cleaners are equipped with efficient pre- and post-suction systems for the separation of light products such as straw and lightweight grains. Full-Width Shaking Feeder -Features a separate control panel for stepless adjustment of feeding capacity. -Provides uniform product flow across the entire screen width. -Significant improvement in air cleaning due to uniform distribution in the pre-suction area. Feeding Cylinder -Equipped with a stepless speed control and an adjustable shutter to control the feeding capacity. -Resistant to light waste materials and large impurities such as stones. -Includes a built-in spring safety device that protects the feeding cylinder from damage. Pre-Suction and Post-Suction System -Designed with two separate air suction units. -Can be connected to existing central aspiration systems due to its small air volume. Screw Conveyor Exit for Light Products -Screw conveyors ensure continuous discharge of dust and waste from the air system. -Equipped with finger paddles to prevent wrong air from entering the room and optimize dust separation.
