The P-El and Z-EL model elevators are used for transporting granular products such as cereals, seeds, oilseeds, fertilizers, sawdust, and wheat. These elevators are produced with the following standard features: -Standard height: 4.0 meters -The elevator belt is made from 4-layer 6 mm rubber resistant to oilseeds or multi-layered or single-layer plastic belts suitable for the facility and product. -For flawless production, the elevator body’s iron parts are cut using a laser. -For easy maintenance and future modifications, the entire elevator body is assembled with screws, bolts, and nuts. -The elevator body parts are coated with oven paint and acrylic antistatic paint. Distinctive Features: -Made from industrial-grade steel, coated with oven paint and acrylic antistatic paint, and the belt pulleys are abrasion-resistant. -Closed integrated system ensures a safe working area. -With high production flexibility, we can meet all plant requirements (height, belt width, belt speed, belt quality). -Options for low-speed and brake-equipped motors are available. -Different sizes and capacities of elevator buckets are available for accurate and efficient filling and unloading. -The belt tensioning device is present in the elevator’s lower hopper for smooth operation. -Removable and installable drawer-type lower hopper that facilitates cleaning during product transport. -Optional drawer-type lower collection hopper or integrated air vacuum cleaning system. -The elevator monitoring window is standard. -Product entry control door is available. -Elevators are designed with product entry hoppers. -Low-cost protective maintenance with a one-year warranty is provided.
